Wait! Go check out the Inspired Club's Blog piece they did on me HERE! (TIC Member Highlight- Yvette Espinoza)

What is the Inspired Club you ask? Well, as a proud core member, let me tell you:
The Inspired Club (TIC) is a wonderful empowering online community for current or future female photographer entrepreneurs. Led by the amazing duo Jana Williams & Dave Baez with the support of their team. Whether you're just a beginner or just need a little more motivation & guidance, the Inspired Club is for you!
I joined TIC on February 22, 2018. Unlike other subscriptions (sorry Netflix and Hulu, still love you though!), this service is for YOU only. If you miss a month, you still have so much content to explore. Jana and Dave have kept this community growing effectively. With a library of courses that cover photography basics, advance tips & tricks, social media marketing, and business branding & developing strategies. The best part of these courses, is that the majority (if not all) have video tutorials that making the learning experience more fun. Amazing how much you get for the price!
Here is what is listed under their membership benefits: PHOTOGRAPHY 101, GETTING TO KNOW YOUR DSLR, SHOOTING MANUAL MODE, COMPOSITION, LENSES & GEAR REVIEWS, PHOTO EDITING & RETOUCHING, FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY, WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY, LIFESTYLE & KID’S PHOTOGRAPHY
I came into this community after possibly having the worst year in my photography career. On April 27th 2017 all but one camera and a lens was stolen during a wedding (full story here). As an artist that was already struggling in this competitive line of work, I was about to give up. I took several months off to think of my next step. My family and friends supported me and told me not to give up. That my talent was too good to throw away. So I took a leap of faith and applied for my first media pass/credentials for the Safeway Open Concert Series in October 2017. After a few weeks, I got ACCEPTED. I went into this nervously only because I still had not developed the level of muscle memory that I had with my Nikon equipment with my new Canon gear. Little did I know that I would be surrounded by an amazing team lead by Tom Hoppa (photographer and Director of Artist Integration at BottleRock Napa Valley). I had the best time and learned so much.
On, January 11, 2017 I took another chance and sent out an email to a popular artist that I've admired over the years. He was going to play that night, so I knew the chances of a response were very slim. Shockingly, later I did receive a reply just in time. Not only did I get the opportunity to photograph his show but I also got to take a few portraits after the show. Who you ask? No other than the multi talented Drake Bell. A few weeks later I got another opportunity to work with him again and like the first time, it was incredible. At that moment, I wanted to shout to the world what I had just accomplished but without sounding like a brat. I needed to tell someone that knew what this meant to someone like me. So I thought, why not a photography community? Then I remembered about the Inspired Club and proceeded to join.
Since then, I've grown so much more confident in my work and made new friends. I've been able to reach out to more potential clients, collaborators, artists, etc. Lately, my work has even been re-posted by the artists themselves (click here to see). Like I said before, if you're hesitant about trying the Inspired Club, give it try, you won't regret it. It has definitely boosted my confidence, enhanced my skills, structured my social medias better than before and I can't wait to see whats next for TIC!
